In order set itself a part as a leader in Georgia Political News and to capitalize on the growing national interest in the 2018 Georgia State Elections, Georgia Public Broadcasting launched its GPB Politics microsite. The GPB Politics page served as a landing page for all politically focused content that GPB and its partners has to offer.

Housed on GPB.org at the URL, gpb.org/politics, the page leverages GPB’s originally produced, political, and education focused programming. The page feeds the latest Georgia Politics centered news articles from GPBNews.org. It filters in archived audio content from locally produced shows like Political Rewind and On Second Thought, as well as showcases the latest episodes, clips, and news from GPB Lawmakers. As an added bonus the page connects users to Peach State Politics, a GPB Education digital series that teaches Georgia students the inner workings of the Georgia General Assembly.

The GPB Politics page serves as the first digital offering for a growing Political News division at GPB.
